JAY CASHMORE - PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jay has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was the founder and President of Wealth Management Solutions Inc. (which was acquired by Ezenet in September 2000), and spent five years as President and CEO of FootPrint Software Inc. Prior to FootPrint, Jay spent 12 as Vice-President of ISM Systems Corp.
